Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue items at any time.

Handcrafted Products Disclaimer
Our products are handmade, so slight variations in color, scent, and appearance are normal and part of their unique charm.

Workshops & Bookings

• Full payment or a deposit may be required to secure your booking 

• Details will be provided at the time of registration 

Cancellations (Workshops/Events)

• Deposits are non-refundable 

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance may be eligible for rescheduling 

• No-shows are non-refundable 

Refund Conditions
Refunds are only issued in cases where:

• A product is unavailable after purchase 

• An order cannot be fulfilled
