Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products (candles, soaps, and personal care items), all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it.

Reporting Timeframe
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.

Proof Requirement
To process a replacement, please provide:

  • Clear photo proof of the damaged item 

  • Your order number 

Once approved, a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.
